To Allah belongs the Kingdom in the heavens and the earth. On the Day when the Hour comes, those who disbelieved shall be the losers. 27 And thou wilt see each nation crouching, each nation summoned to its record. (And it will be said unto them): This day ye are requited what ye used to do. 28 This record of ours will declare the truth about you: We have been recording whatever you have been doing." 29 Then, as for those who believed and worked righteous works, their Lord will cause them to enter into His mercy: that is a manifest achievement. 30 But as for those who were bent on denying the truth, [they will be told:] "Were not My messages conveyed to you? And withal, you gloried in your arrogance, and so you became people lost in sin: 31 And when it was said; verily Allah's promise is true, and the Hour! there is no doubt thereof; ye said: we know not what the Hour is, we imagine it naught but an opinion, and we are not convinced. 32 And [on that Day,] the evil of their doings will become obvious to them, and they will be overwhelmed by the very thing which they were wont to deride. 33 And it will be said, "Today We will forget you as you forgot the meeting of this Day of yours, and your refuge is the Fire, and for you there are no helpers. 34 This because you laughed at God's revelations and were taken in by the life of the world." So they will neither be taken out of it, nor will be asked to seek God's favour on that day. 35 Praise, belongs to Allah, the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Worlds. 36 And to Him belongs greatness in the heavens and the earth, and He is the Mighty, the Wise. 37
