Muhammad (Muhammad)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Those who disbelieve and hinder others from the way of Allah, He shall send their works astray. 1 But those who believe and do righteous deeds and believe in what is sent down to Muhammad -- and it is the truth from their Lord -- He will acquit them of their evil deeds, and dispose their minds aright. 2 That is because the ones who deny the truth follow falsehood, while those who believe follow the Truth from their Lord. Thus God sets forth comparisons for mankind. 3 If you encounter the disbelievers in a battle, strike-off their heads. Take them as captives when they are defeated. Then you may set them free as a favor to them, with or without a ransom, when the battle is over. This is the Law. Had God wanted, He could have granted them (unbelievers) victory, but He wants to test you through each other. The deeds of those who are killed for the cause of God will never be without virtuous results. 4 He will guide them and repair their condition; 5 And admit them to Paradise, which He has made known to them. 6 O ye who believe! if ye shall succour Allah, He shall succour you and make firm your feet. 7 but as for those who are bent on denying the truth, ill fortune awaits them, since He will let all their [good] deeds go to waste: 8 This is because they disliked what Allah has sent down – He has therefore squandered all their deeds. 9 ۞ Have they not traveled through the land and seen how was the end of those before them? Allah destroyed [everything] over them, and for the disbelievers is something comparable. 10 This is because Allah is the Supporter of the believers, whereas the disbelievers do not have any supporter. 11
