Verily, God will admit all who attain to faith and do righteous deeds into gardens through which running waters flow, whereas they who are bent on denying the truth shall have - even though they may enjoy their life [in this world] and eat as cattle eat - the fire [of the hereafter] for their abode. 12 (Muhammad), how many towns, much more powerful than the one from which you have been expelled, have We destroyed and left helpless? 13 Is he who relieth on a clear proof from his Lord like those for whom the evil that they do is beautified while they follow their own lusts? 14 Here is the parable of Paradise which the God-fearing have been promised: in it shall be rivers of incorruptible water, rivers of milk unchanging in taste, and rivers of wine, a delight to those that drink; and rivers of pure honey. In it they will have every kind of fruit as well as forgiveness from their Lord. Can such be like those who will abide in the Fire and will be given a boiling water to drink that will tear their bowels apart? 15 And among them are some who listen to what you say; until when they go away from you, they say to those who have been given knowledge, “What did he say now?”; they are those whose hearts Allah has sealed, and they follow their own desires. 16 As for those who were guided, He increases their guidance and gives them their protection. 17 Are they looking except for the Hour to overtake them suddenly? Its signs have come. But how will they be reminded when it has come to them? 18 Know, then, [O man,] that there is no deity save God, and [while there is yet time,] ask forgiveness for thy sins and for [the sins of] all other believing men and women: for God knows all your comings and goings as well as your abiding [at rest]. 19
