Verily Allah shall cause those who believe and work righteous works to enter Gardens whereunder rivers flow. And those who disbelieve enjoy themselves and eat even as the cattle eat, and the Fire shall be the abode for them. 12 How many were the habitations, mightier than your city which has turned you out, which We destroyed; and they did not have a helper. 13 Is then one who is on a clear (Path) from his Lord, no better than one to whom the evil of his conduct seems pleasing, and such as follow their own lusts? 14 A likeness of the Garden which hath been promised to the God-fearing; therein are rivers of water incorruptible, and rivers of milk whereof the flavour changeth not, and rivers of wine a joy unto the drinkers, and rivers of honey clarified. Theirs therein shall be every kind of fruit, and forgiveness from their Lord. Shall persons enjoying such bliss be like unto those who are abiders in the Fire and are given to drink boiling water so that it mangleth their entrails? 15 Among them are those who listen to you, but then, when they leave your presence, say to those who have been given knowledge [Scripture], "What was that he just said?" Such are those whose hearts God has sealed, and who follow their own base desires. 16 And those who attained the right path – Allah increases the guidance for them and bestows their piety to them. 17 Are they awaiting the Hour of Doom to come upon them suddenly? Its signs have already come. But of what avail will their admonition be to them when it has actually come upon them? 18 So know thou that there is no god save Allah, and ask forgiveness for thy fault and for believing men and believing women. And Allah knoweth well your moving about and your place of rest. 19
