Or do those in whose hearts is a disease, think that Allah will not bring to light all their rancour? 29 And if We please We would have made you know them so that you would certainly have recognized them by their marks and most certainly you can recognize them by the intent of (their) speech; and Allah knows your deeds. 30 and most certainly We shall try you all, so that We might mark out those of you who strive hard [in Our cause] and are patient in adversity: for We shall put to a test [the truth of] all your assertions. 31 Those who reject Allah, hinder (men) from the Path of Allah, and resist the Messenger, after Guidance has been clearly shown to them, will not injure Allah in the least, but He will make their deeds of no effect. 32 O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and do not invalidate your deeds. 33 ۞ Surely those who disbelieve and turn away from Allah's way, then they die while they are unbelievers, Allah will by no means forgive them. 34 So do not weaken and call for peace while you are superior; and Allah is with you and will never deprive you of [the reward of] your deeds. 35 The worldly life is only a childish game. If you have faith and piety, you will receive your rewards and God will not ask you to pay for them. 36 If He should ask it of you and importune you, ye would hoard it, and He would bring to light your (secret) hates. 37 Yes, undoubtedly it is you who are being called, that you may spend in Allah’s way; so some among you act miserly; and whoever is miserly, is being a miser upon himself; and Allah is the Independent (Wealthy – Not requiring anything), whereas you all are needy; and if you renege, He will replace you with other people – and they will not be like you. 38
