Qaf. By the Qur'an glorious, We have sent thee as a warner. 1 Nay, but they marvel that a warner of their own hath come unto them; and the disbelievers say: This is a strange thing: 2 Shall we be brought back when we are dead and have become dust? That is a return remote! 3 We know that which the earth taketh of them, and with Us is a recording Book. 4 Aye! they belie the truth when it cometh unto them; wherefore they are in an affair confused. 5 So did they not see the sky above them – how We have made it and beautified it, and there are no cracks in it? 6 And the earth -- We stretched it forth, and cast on it firm mountains, and We caused to grow therein of every joyous kind 7 To be observed and commemorated by every devotee turning (to Allah). 8 And We send down from the cloud water abounding in good, then We cause to grow thereby gardens and the grain that is reaped, 9 And tall date-palms, with ranged clusters; 10 A sustenance for the servants, and We give life thereby to a dead land; thus is the rising. 11 The people of Noah, Ar-Rass and Thamud denied before you, 12 and Ad, and Pharaoh, and Lot's brethren, 13 the dwellers of the Thicket and the nation of Tubba', all belied their Messengers, therefore My threat was realized. 14 So did We tire by creating the first time? Rather they doubt being created again. 15
