Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Qaaf. By the Glorious Koran! 1 Nay, they wonder that there has come to them a warner (Muhammad SAW) from among themselves. So the disbelievers say: "This is a strange thing! 2 to come back to life after we have died and become dust? That is most improbable!" 3 We know indeed what the earth diminishes of them, and with Us is a writing that preserves. 4 Nay, but they cried lies to the truth when it came to them, and so they are in a case confused. 5 Have they not seen how We have established the sky above them and decked it without gaps and cracks? 6 And the earth -- We stretched it forth, and cast on it firm mountains, and We caused to grow therein of every joyous kind 7 To be observed and commemorated by every devotee turning (to Allah). 8 And We send down from the sky rain charted with blessing, and We produce therewith gardens and Grain for harvests; 9 And lofty palm trees having fruit arranged in layers - 10 As sustenance for the bondmen; and with it We revived a dead city; this is how you will be raised. 11 The people of Noah, dwellers of the Ra's, Thamud, 12 and Ad, and Pharaoh, and Lot's brethren, 13 dwellers of the forest, and the people of Tubba had all rejected the Prophets. Thus, they became subject to Our torment. 14 Are We then wearied with the first creation? Aye! they are in dubiety regarding a new creation. 15
