Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Qaf. By the glorious Quran! 1 Nay, but they marvel that a warner of their own hath come unto them; and the disbelievers say: This is a strange thing: 2 When we have died and have become dust, [we will return to life]? That is a distant return." 3 We already know how much of them the earth takes away: With Us is a record guarding (the full account). 4 Aye! they belie the truth when it cometh unto them; wherefore they are in an affair confused. 5 Have they not looked at the sky above them, how We have fashioned and adorned it, and it has no flaw? 6 And the earth - We spread it out and cast therein firmly set mountains and made grow therein [something] of every beautiful kind, 7 thus offering an insight and a reminder unto every human being who willingly turns unto God. 8 We have sent blessed water down from the sky to grow gardens, harvestable crops 9 And tall date-palms, with ranged clusters; 10 A sustenance for the servants, and We give life thereby to a dead land; thus is the rising. 11 The people of Noah denied before them, and the companions of the well and Thamud 12 And 'Aad and Pharaoh and the brothers of Lot 13 the dwellers of the Thicket and the nation of Tubba', all belied their Messengers, therefore My threat was realized. 14 Were We then weary with the first Creation, that they should be in confused doubt about a new Creation? 15
