Q (Qaaf)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Qaf. I swear by the glorious Quran (that Muhammad is the Apostle of Allah) 1 But they wonder that there has come to them a warner from among themselves, and the disbelievers say, "This is an amazing thing. 2 “When we are dead and have turned to dust, will we be raised again? That return is impossible!” 3 We already know how much of them (of their bodies) the earth will consume. With Us there is a Book that contains all records. 4 But they denied the truth when it came to them, so they are in a confused condition. 5 So did they not see the sky above them – how We have made it and beautified it, and there are no cracks in it? 6 And the earth - We spread it out and cast therein firmly set mountains and made grow therein [something] of every beautiful kind, 7 To be observed and commemorated by every devotee turning (to Allah). 8 And We send down from the sky blessed water whereby We give growth unto gardens and the grain of crops, 9 And the tall palm-trees having spadices closely set one above another, 10 all this as sustenance for Our servants. And thus We do bring the dead land back to life with water. Such shall be the coming forth (of human beings from the earth). 11 The people of Noah denied before them, and the companions of the well and Thamud 12 Ad, the Pharaoh, Lot, 13 And the dwellers in the wood, and the people of Tubba; each one belied the apostles, wherefore fulfilled was My judgement. 14 Were We then worn out by the first creation? Yet they are in doubt about a second creation. 15
