Indeed, We created the human. We know the whisperings of his soul, and are closer to him than the jugular vein. 16 Behold, two (guardian angels) appointed to learn (his doings) learn (and noted them), one sitting on the right and one on the left. 17 not a word he utters, but by him is an observer ready. 18 And death's agony comes in truth; that is what thou wast shunning! 19 And the trumpet is blown. This is the threatened Day. 20 Each soul shall come with a driver, and a witness. 21 You were heedless of this, but now We have removed your veil, so your sight today is sharp. 22 And one part of him will say: "This it is that has been ever-present with me!" 23 [Whereupon God will command:] "Cast, cast into hell every [such] stubborn enemy of the truth, 24 “The one who excessively prevented from virtue, the transgressor, the doubtful.” 25 who has set up with Allah another god. Indeed, you two, cast him into the terrible punishment' 26 ۞ His companion will say: O our Lord! caused him not to transgress but he was himself in error far off. 27 Allah will say: wrangle not in My presence, and I had already proferred unto you the threat. 28 "The Word changes not before Me, and I do not the least injustice to My Servants." 29
