And certainly We created man, and We know what his mind suggests to him, and We are nearer to him than his life-vein. 16 When the two receiving angels receive from him, one seated on the right and one on the left. 17 The human being will certainly experience the agony of death 18 And the intoxication of death will bring the truth; that is what you were trying to avoid. 19 And the trumpet shall be blown; that is the day of the threatening. 20 Every soul will be accompanied (by an angel) behind him and another as a witness. 21 Certainly you were heedless of it, but now We have removed from you your veil, so your sight today is sharp. 22 And his companion will say: 'This is that which I have present' 23 It will be said to the angels, “Both of you fling every excessive ungrateful, stubborn person into hell.” 24 hinderer of good, transgressor, causing others to doubt, 25 and has set up another deity with Allah. Hurl him into the grievous torment.” 26 ۞ and his associate [Satan] will say, "Lord, I did not make him transgress, he had already gone far astray himself." 27 He will say, “Do not dispute before Me I had already warned you of the punishment.” 28 My word shall not be changed, nor am I in the least unjust to the servants. 29
