3/4 Hizb 52
< random >
And indeed We have created man, and We know what his ownself whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by Our Knowledge). 16 When the two Receivers receive (him), seated on the right hand and on the left, 17 Man does not utter any word except that with him is an observer prepared [to record]. 18 And the stupor of death will bring Truth (before his eyes): "This was the thing which thou wast trying to escape!" 19 And the Horn will be blown. That is the Day of [carrying out] the threat. 20 And there will come forth every soul: with each will be an (angel) to drive, and an (angel) to bear witness. 21 Assuredly thou wast in neglect thereof; now We have removed from off thee thy veil, so thy sight Today is piercing. 22 And his companion (angel) will say: "Here is (this Record) ready with me!" 23 It will be said to the angels, “Both of you fling every excessive ungrateful, stubborn person into hell.” 24 Hinderer of good, trespasser, doubter 25 Who had set up another god with God. Cast him into severe torment." 26 ۞ His satanic companion will say, "Our Lord, I did not mislead him, but he himself went astray". 27 He will say: "Dispute not with each other in My Presence: I had already in advance sent you Warning. 28 The word will not be changed with Me, and never will I be unjust to the servants." 29

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
