And certainly We created man, and We know what his mind suggests to him, and We are nearer to him than his life-vein. 16 Behold! when the two receivers receive - one on the right hand and one on the left a sitter. 17 whatever phrase he utters, an observer is present. 18 And when the agony of death comes in truth (they will say): 'This is what you have been trying to avoid' 19 And the Horn shall be blown; that is the Day of Threat! 20 And every soul shall come, with it a driver and a witness. 21 (It will be said:) "Thou wast heedless of this; now have We removed thy veil, and sharp is thy sight this Day!" 22 His companion will say: "Here is (the record) I have ready with me." 23 (The sentence will be:) "Throw, throw into Hell every contumacious Rejecter (of Allah)!- 24 forbidder of good, transgressor and doubter, 25 Who had set up another god with God. Cast him into severe torment." 26 ۞ His satanic companion will say, "Our Lord, I did not mislead him, but he himself went astray". 27 He saith: Contend not in My presence, when I had already proffered unto you the warning. 28 My word shall not be changed, nor am I in the least unjust to the servants. 29
