And indeed We have created man and We know what his soul instils in him; and We are nearer to him than the hearts artery. 16 Moreover, there are two scribes, one each sitting on the right and the left, recording everything. 17 each word he utters shall be noted down by a vigilant guardian. 18 And when the agony of death comes in truth (they will say): 'This is what you have been trying to avoid' 19 The trumpet will be sounded.
