The day when We will ask hell, “Are you filled up?” and it will answer, “Are there some more?” 30 And when Paradise shall be brought close to the God-fearing, and will no longer be far away, 31 'This is that you were promised; it is for every mindful penitent.' 32 who fears the Compassionate One, though He is unseen, and comes to Him with a penitent heart; 33 "Enter ye therein in Peace and Security; this is a Day of Eternal Life!" 34 Therein they shall have whatever they will; and with Us there is yet more. 35 How many an ancient town who were much stronger than them (unbelievers) did We destroy. (In vain), they wandered through the land in search of a place of refuge from Our torment. 36 Indeed in that is a reminder for whoever has a heart or who listens while he is present [in mind]. 37 In six days We created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them and no weariness touched Us! 38 Therefor (O Muhammad) bear with what they say, and hymn the praise of thy Lord before the rising and before the setting of the sun; 39 and proclaim thy Lord's praise in the night, and at the ends of the prostrations. 40 And listen on the day when the crier shall cry from a near place 41 The Day they will hear the blast [of the Horn] in truth. That is the Day of Emergence [from the graves]. 42 Verily, We it is Who give life and cause death; and to Us is the final return, 43 On the day when the earth will split for them, so they will come out in haste; this is the gathering – easy for Us. 44 We are most knowing of what they say, and you are not over them a tyrant. But remind by the Qur'an whoever fears My threat. 45

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. (5) وقف المجاذبة أو المعانقة حيث يجب الوقف في أي من موضعين قريبين ولكن ليس كلاهما، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة تظهر في أحد الموقعين باحتمال النصف للنصف.
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
