Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
60 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Dunes (Al-Ahqaaf) before Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
By the swift scatterers 1 And those who bear the load (of rain), 2 And those that glide with ease (upon the sea) 3 And those [angels] apportioning [each] matter, 4 What you are threatened with is most surely true, 5 And lo! the judgment will indeed befall. 6 By the heaven with its passages, 7 Truly ye are in a doctrine discordant, 8 perverted in his views thereon is he who would deceive himself! 9 Cursed be the liars, 10 and who wander in the abyss of confusion. 11 They ask, "When will be the Day of Judgment and Justice?" 12 [It is] the Day they will be tormented over the Fire 13 "Taste your trial. This is what you sought to hasten." 14 Indeed the pious are among Gardens and water springs. 15 receiving their reward from their Lord. They had been righteous people before the Day of Judgment. 16 They slept but a little at night, 17 and would ask for forgiveness at dawn, 18 And in their substance was the right of the beggar and non-beggar. 19 In the earth are signs for those having sure faith; 20 And also in your ownselves. Will you not then see? 21 In heaven is your sustenance, and also that which you are promised. 22 Then, by the Lord of the heaven and the earth, it is the truth (i.e. what has been promised to you), just as it is the truth that you can speak. 23

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
