Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
60 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Dunes (Al-Ahqaaf) before Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the winds which scatter dust, 1 and those that carry the burden [of heavy clouds,] 2 And those that glide with ease (upon the sea) 3 And those that distribute and apportion by Command;- 4 surely what you are being warned against is true, 5 And lo! the judgment will indeed befall. 6 By the heaven containing pathways, 7 Indeed, you are in differing speech. 8 Turned aside therefrom (i.e. from Muhammad SAW and the Quran) is he who is turned aside (by the Decree and Preordainment of Allah). 9 Woe to the falsehood-mongers,- 10 who are steeped in ignorance and heedlessness. 11 They ask, "When it will be the Day of Judgment?" 12 [It will be] a Day when they will be sorely tried by the fire, 13 Taste your persecution! this is what you would hasten on. 14 Indeed the pious are among Gardens and water springs. 15 Accepting the rewards given by their Lord; they were indeed virtuous before this. 16 They used to sleep but little of the night, 17 and asked for forgiveness in the early morning. 18 They assigned a share of their property for the needy and the destitute. 19 On the earth are signs for those of assured Faith, 20 As also in your own selves: Will ye not then see? 21 And in the heaven lies your sustenance, and the promise you are given. 22 And by the Lord of the heavens and the earth! it is most surely the truth, just as you do speak. 23

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
