Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
60 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Dunes (Al-Ahqaaf) before Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
I swear by the wind that scatters far and wide, 1 And those that bear the burden (of the rain) 2 and those that speed along with gentle ease, 3 And those (angels) who distribute (provisions, rain, and other blessings) by (Allah's) Command; 4 What you are promised is certainly true: 5 and the Judgement shall doubtlessly take place. 6 By heaven with all its tracks 7 Indeed, you are in differing speech. 8 Only those who are destined to revert, are reverted from it. 9 Death to those whose opinions are merely baseless conjectures. 10 Who are within a flood [of confusion] and heedless. 11 They ask: “When will the Day of Judgement be?” 12 (It will be) a Day when they will be tried (and tested) over the Fire! 13 (And it will be said unto them): Taste your torment (which ye inflicted). This is what ye sought to hasten. 14 Indeed the pious are among Gardens and water springs. 15 Taking that which their Lord will vouchsafe unto hem. Verily they have been before that well-doers. 16 They used to sleep but little of the night, 17 And in the morning they asked forgiveness. 18 and in their wealth there was a rightful share for him who would ask and for the destitute. 19 In the earth there is evidence (of the Truth) for those who have strong faith. 20 And in your own selves; so can you not perceive? 21 There is in the heavens your sustenance, and whatever has been promised you. 22 So by oath of the Lord of the heavens and the earth, this Qur’an is the Truth, in the same language that you speak. 23

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
