With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of pace. 47 We spread the earth a carpet; what comfort We provide! 48 And We created pairs of everything that you may contemplate. 49 (Muhammad), tell them,"Seek refuge in God. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you. 50 And do not make [as equal] with Allah another deity. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 51 Similarly, whenever a Noble Messenger came to those before them they always said, “He is a magician or a madman.” 52 Have they, perchance, handed down this [way of thinking] as a legacy unto one another? Nay, they are people filled with overweening arrogance! 53 So turn away from them: not thine is the blame. 54 And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. 55 I have not created the jinns and men but to worship Me. 56 I do not expect to receive any sustenance from them or that they should feed Me. 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 And indeed for these unjust is also a turn of punishment, like that of their companions so they must not ask Me to hasten. 59 And woe to those who have disbelieved from their Day which they are promised. 60
Almighty God's Truth.
End of Surah: Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat). Sent down in Mecca after The Dunes (Al-Ahqaaf) before Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
