And heaven -- We built it with might, and We extend it wide. 47 And We have spread out the earth, how Excellent Spreader (thereof) are We! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs, that haply ye may remember. 49 Hasten ye then (at once) to Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 50 And do not make [as equal] with Allah another deity. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 51 Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman." 52 Is this the legacy they have passed down from one to the other? In fact, they are a rebellious people. 53 So leave them, [O Muhammad], for you are not to be blamed. 54 Keep on reminding them. This benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them, nor I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Indeed it is Allah, Who is the Greatest Sustainer, the Strong, the Able. 58 The wrong-doers shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me. 59 So woe to the unbelievers, for that day of theirs that they are promised. 60
