We have made the heavens with Our own hands and We expanded it. 47 and We cradled the earth. And We are the Best of Cradlers. 48 And of everything We have created pairs that you may be mindful. 49 “Therefore rush towards Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 50 And do not make [as equal] with Allah another deity. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 51 Thus has it been (in the past): never did a Messenger come to the nations that preceded them but they said: “(He is) a sorcerer, or a mad-man.” 52 Have they (the people of the past) transmitted this saying to these (Quraish pagans)? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds (in disbelief)! 53 Therefore turn away from them (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), – so there is no blame upon you. 54 Keep on reminding them. This benefits the believers. 55 I have not created mankind and jinn except to worship Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them, nor I desire that they should feed Me. 57 For Allah is He Who gives (all) Sustenance,- Lord of Power,- Steadfast (for ever). 58 And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge Me. 59 Woe, then, betide those who disbelieved in that Day of theirs which they are being asked to hold in dread. 60
