And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander. 47 We spread the earth a carpet; what comfort We provide! 48 And We created pairs of everything that you may contemplate. 49 Therefore hasten to God; truly, I am sent by Him to give you clear warning. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 Have they handed this down from one to another? No, rather, they are an insolent nation. 53 Turn, then, away from them, and thou shalt incur no blame; 54 Do, however, keep exhorting them; for exhortation benefits those endowed with faith. 55 We have created jinn and human beings only that they might worship Me. 56 I seek no livelihood from them, nor do I ask that they should feed Me. 57 Surely, Allah is the Provider, the Possessor of Power, the Mighty. 58 The wrong-doers shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me. 59 Woe, then, to the Unbelievers, on account of that Day of theirs which they have been promised! 60
