Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
And heaven – We made it with Our Own Power and We have the Power to do so. 47 We spread the earth a carpet; what comfort We provide! 48 And of everything We have created pairs that you may be mindful. 49 Therefor flee unto Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from him. 50 And set not any other god along with Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from Him. 51 Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. 52 Have they charged each other with this? Nay! they are an inordinate people. 53 So turn thou from them; thou wilt not be reproached. 54 And admonish, for verily admonition profiteth the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humans for nothing else but that they may serve Me; 56 I do not ask any sustenance from them, nor wish that they give Me food. 57 it is God who is the great Sustainer, the Mighty One, the Invincible. 58 Those who do wrong will indeed come to the same end as their fellows (of old). So let them not ask Me to hasten (the punishment). 59 Therefore woe to those who disbelieve because of their day which they are threatened with. 60

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
