And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander. 47 We have spread out the earth and how brilliantly it is spread! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs: That ye may receive instruction. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Even so not a Messenger came to those before them but they said, 'A sorcerer, or a man possessed!' 52 Have they handed down (the saying) as an heirloom one unto another? Nay, but they are froward folk. 53 So turn away from them: not thine is the blame. 54 And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me. 56 I want no sustenance from them nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 Verily Allah! He is the Provider, Owner of power, Firm. 58 The evildoers shall have for their portion, a portion like their companions (who were destroyed before them). Therefore, they should not ask Us to hasten! 59 Woe, then, unto those who disbelieve in their Day which they are promised. 60
