With power did We construct the heaven. Verily, We are Able to extend the vastness of space thereof. 47 And the earth – We spread it out, and how well have We smoothed it! 48 We created two kinds of all things, so that you will remember. 49 Therefore flee unto God! I am a clear warner from Him to you. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people. 53 so ignore them, you are not to blame, 54 And remind; the Reminder profits the believers. 55 And I (Allah) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone). 56 I do not desire provision from them, nor do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a portion of torment like to the evil portion of torment (which came for) their likes (of old), so let them not ask Me to hasten on! 59 Then, woe to those who disbelieve (in Allah and His Oneness Islamic Monotheism) from (that) their Day which they have been promised (for their punishment). 60
