And heaven -- We built it with might, and We extend it wide. 47 We spread the earth a carpet; what comfort We provide! 48 And in everything have We created opposites, so that you might bear in mind [that God alone is One]. 49 Therefore flee unto God! I am a clear warner from Him to you. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Even thus no apostle came to those before them but they said: "He is a sorcerer or a mad man." 52 Have they handed this down from one to another? No, rather, they are an insolent nation. 53 Turn away from them. You will not be blamed. 54 But teach (thy Message) for teaching benefits the Believers. 55 I have not created the jinns and men but to worship Me. 56 I seek no sustenance from them, nor do I want them to feed Me -- 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of all provision, the Lord of all power, the Strong. 58 The evildoers shall have their portion, like the portion of their fellows; so let them not hasten Me! 59 Woe, then, to the Unbelievers, on account of that Day of theirs which they have been promised! 60
