And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample. 47 We have spread out the earth, how well We have spread it out, 48 And We created all things in pairs, so that you may ponder. 49 And so, [O Muhammad, say unto them:] "Flee unto God [from all that is false and evil]! Verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him! 50 and do not set up any deity with Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Even so not a Messenger came to those before them but they said, 'A sorcerer, or a man possessed!' 52 Have they handed this down from one to another? No, rather, they are an insolent nation. 53 So turn away from them: not thine is the blame. 54 yet go on reminding [all who would listen]: for, verily, such a reminder will profit the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me. 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely God is the All-provider, the Possessor of Strength, the Ever-Sure. 58 The wrongdoers will meet the same fate as their predecessors, let them not ask Me to hasten on [the punishment], 59 Therefore woe to those who disbelieve because of their day which they are threatened with. 60
