▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
AND IT IS We who have built the universe with [Our creative] power; and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it. 47 We spread the earth a carpet; what comfort We provide! 48 We have created everything in pairs so that perhaps you may take heed. 49 (Muhammad), tell them,"Seek refuge in God. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you. 50 Do not set up with Allah another god. I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Likewise, there came not an apostle unto those before them but they said: a magician or a madman! 52 Have they, perchance, handed down this [way of thinking] as a legacy unto one another? Nay, they are people filled with overweening arrogance! 53 So turn away (O Muhammad SAW) from them (Quraish pagans) you are not to be blamed (as you have conveyed Allah's Message). 54 But teach (thy Message) for teaching benefits the Believers. 55 And I (Allah) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone). 56 I do not desire provision from them, nor do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of all provision, the Lord of all power, the Strong. 58 The unjust will bear a burden like that of their unjust predecessors. Let them not make Me bring immediate punishment upon them. 59 For, woe unto those who are bent on denying the truth - [woe] on the Day which they have been promised 60
True are the words of God the Almighty.
