And heaven -- We built it with might, and We extend it wide. 47 We spread the earth a carpet; what comfort We provide! 48 And of all things We created two mates; perhaps you will remember. 49 “Therefore rush towards Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Even thus no apostle came to those before them but they said: "He is a sorcerer or a mad man." 52 Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people. 53 (Muhammad), leave them alone and you will not be blamed. 54 yet go on reminding [all who would listen]: for, verily, such a reminder will profit the believers. 55 I created the jinn and mankind only so that they might worship Me: 56 I seek no livelihood from them, nor do I ask that they should feed Me. 57 Lo! Allah! He it is that giveth livelihood, the Lord of unbreakable might. 58 So verily unto those who do wrong there is a portion like unto the portion of their fellows; wherefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 Woe, then, betide those who disbelieved in that Day of theirs which they are being asked to hold in dread. 60
