We built the heaven with might, and We widely extended it. 47 And We have spread out the (spacious) earth: How excellently We do spread out! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs: That ye may receive instruction. 49 “Therefore rush towards Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 50 And set not up with God another god; I am a clear warner from Him to you. 51 Even thus no apostle came to those before them but they said: "He is a sorcerer or a mad man." 52 Have they, perchance, handed down this [way of thinking] as a legacy unto one another? Nay, they are people filled with overweening arrogance! 53 Turn, then, away from them, and thou shalt incur no blame; 54 And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. 55 We have created jinn and human beings only that they might worship Me. 56 I seek no sustenance from them, nor do I want them to feed Me -- 57 Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength. 58 The unjust will bear a burden like that of their unjust predecessors. Let them not make Me bring immediate punishment upon them. 59 For, woe unto those who are bent on denying the truth - [woe] on the Day which they have been promised 60
