With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of pace. 47 We have spread out the earth, how well We have spread it out, 48 And of every thing We have created pairs: That ye may receive instruction. 49 Therefore, flee to Allah. I am a clear warner to you from Him. 50 And set not any other god along with Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from Him. 51 Thus has it been (in the past): never did a Messenger come to the nations that preceded them but they said: “(He is) a sorcerer, or a mad-man.” 52 What, have they bequeathed it one to another? Nay, but they are an insolent people. 53 So turn away thou from them, not thou art blameworthy. 54 And admonish, for verily admonition profiteth the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them, nor I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of sustenance, the Lord of Power, the Strong. 58 So verily unto those who do wrong there is a portion like unto the portion of their fellows; wherefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 Woe, then, to the Unbelievers, on account of that Day of theirs which they have been promised! 60
