And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample. 47 We have spread out the earth and how brilliantly it is spread! 48 and We created pairs of all things so that you might reflect. 49 Hasten ye then (at once) to Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 50 And set not any other god along with Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from Him. 51 Similarly, no Messenger came to those before them but they said: 'Sorcerer, or mad' 52 Is this the legacy they have passed down from one to the other? In fact, they are a rebellious people. 53 So turn your attention away from them; you shall incur no blame. 54 But go on reminding them, as reminding benefits the believers. 55 I have not created the jinns and men but to worship Me. 56 [But withal,] no sustenance do I ever demand of them, nor do I demand that they feed Me: 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of sustenance, the Lord of Power, the Strong. 58 And indeed for these unjust is also a turn of punishment, like that of their companions – so they must not ask Me to hasten. 59 Woe, then, unto those who disbelieve in their Day which they are promised. 60
