AND IT IS We who have built the universe with [Our creative] power; and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 and We created pairs of all things so that you might reflect. 49 So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 50 And set not up another god with Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 51 Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman." 52 Have they bequeathed it unto each other! Nay! they are a people contumacious. 53 Turn, then, away from them, and thou shalt incur no blame; 54 And remind; the Reminder profits the believers. 55 I have only created Jinns and men, that they may serve Me. 56 I seek no livelihood from them, nor do I ask that they should feed Me. 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of all provision, the Lord of all power, the Strong. 58 And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge Me. 59 So ruin is for disbelievers, from their day – which they are promised. 60
