AND IT IS We who have built the universe with [Our creative] power; and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it. 47 And the earth have We spread out wide - and how well have We ordered it! 48 We created two kinds of all things, so that you will remember. 49 Therefore fly to Allah, surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 And make not another an object of worship with Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 51 Even thus no apostle came to those before them but they said: "He is a sorcerer or a mad man." 52 Have they handed this down to one another? They are certainly a people who exceed all bounds, 53 So turn away from them, you shall not be blamed, 54 Keep on reminding them. This benefits the believers. 55 And I (Allah) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone). 56 I do not ask any sustenance from them, nor wish that they give Me food. 57 It is God Who is the Sustainer and the Lord of invincible strength. 58 The wrong-doers shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me. 59 Woe, then, unto those who disbelieve in their Day which they are promised. 60
