We built the heaven with might, and We widely extended it. 47 And We have spread out the (spacious) earth: How excellently We do spread out! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs, that haply ye may remember. 49 Therefor flee unto Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from him. 50 And set not up with God another god; I am a clear warner from Him to you. 51 Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. 52 Have they charged each other with this? Nay! they are an inordinate people. 53 Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; 54 And advise, for advice benefits the Muslims. 55 And I have not created the jinn and mankind but that they should worship Me. 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 Indeed it is Allah, Who is the Greatest Sustainer, the Strong, the Able. 58 And verily, they who are bent on doing evil shall have their share [of evil] like unto the share of their fellows [of old]: so let them not ask Me to hasten [their doom]! 59 Woe, then, betide those who disbelieved in that Day of theirs which they are being asked to hold in dread. 60
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
