Have you then seen him who turns his back? 33 And gave a little and [then] refrained? 34 Does he possess the knowledge of the unseen, thus, he sees (all things)? 35 Hath he not been told of that which is in the writs of Musa. 36 And of Abraham who fulfilled his engagements?- 37 That no soul laden bears the load of another, 38 and that man shall have only that for which he strives; 39 and that (the result of) his striving shall soon be seen, 40 and in the end he will be repaid for it in full; 41 And that to your Lord (Allah) is the End (Return of everything). 42 That it is He Who granteth Laughter and Tears; 43 And He who ordains death and life; 44 And that He createth the pair, the male and the female. 45 from a discharged living germ 46 And that on Him is the bringing forth a second time; 47 that He it is Who bestowed wealth and riches, 48 and that He is the Lord of (the star) Sirius, 49 And that He destroyed the former 'A-ad. 50 And Thamud (people). He spared none of them. 51 And also the people of Nuh aforetime. Verily they were even greater wrong-doers and more contumacious. 52 just as He thrust into perdition those cities that were overthrown 53 and then covered them from sight forever. 54 So O listener! Which favour of your Lord will you doubt? 55 This is a warner of the warners of old. 56 The Imminent is imminent; 57 [although] none but God can unveil it.... 58 Do you marvel then at this discourse (the Koran)? 59 And will ye laugh and not weep,- 60 while you make merry? 61 So prostrate yourselves before God and worship him. ۩ 62
