Have you seen him who turns his back, 33 And gave a little and [then] refrained? 34 Or, does he possess knowledge of the Unseen, and can therefore see? 35 Or, has he not been informed of what is in the scriptures of Musa? 36 And of Ibrahim, who was most obedient? 37 That no burdened soul bears another soul’s burden? 38 That man can have nothing but what he strives for; 39 and that his work is surely seen 40 and that he shall then be fully recompensed, 41 And that thy Lord, He is the goal; 42 And that it is He Who causeth to laugh and causeth to weep. 43 and that He it is Who causes death and grants life, 44 And that He (Allah) creates the pairs, male and female, 45 of a sperm-drop, when it was cast forth, 46 And that He hath ordained the second bringing forth; 47 And that He it is Who enricheth and contenteth; 48 that He is the Lord of Sirius, 49 And that it is He (Allah) Who destroyed the former 'Ad (people), 50 And the Thamud nor gave them a lease of perpetual life. 51 and the people of Noah before -- certainly they did exceeding evil, and were insolent 52 And the overturned towns He hurled down 53 So that there covered them that which did cover. 54 On which then of your Lord's signs do you cast doubt? 55 He who warns you is one of the warners of old. 56 The threatened Hour is nigh. 57 [although] none but God can unveil it.... 58 So are you surprised at this fact? 59 And do you laugh instead of weeping, 60 Will you occupy yourselves simply in merriment? 61 So bow yourselves before God, and serve Him! ۩ 62
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
اضغط المثلثات الصغيرة في أعلى الإطار وأسفله إلى اليسار لعرض فهرس السور، حيث يمكنك الانتقال إلى أي سورة أو أية صفحة بداخلها.
Click or tap the small triangles above and below the frame on the right to display the Surah Table of Contents, where you can go to any Surah or any page within.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
