Have you then seen him who turns his back? 33 And gave a little, then stopped (giving)? 34 Does he have knowledge of the hidden, so he can foresee? 35 Or has he never yet been told of what was [said] in the revelations of Moses, 36 and Abraham, who paid his debt in full? 37 That no laden one shall bear another's load, 38 and that man shall have only that for which he strives; 39 That (the fruit of) his striving will soon come in sight: 40 Then he will be fully repaid for it? 41 And that to your Lord is your returning; 42 and that it is He who makes to laugh, and that makes to weep, 43 and that it is He alone who deals death and grants life; 44 It is He who has created spouses, male and female, 45 From a drop of semen when emitted; 46 And that on Him is the bringing forth a second time; 47 And that He it is Who enricheth and contenteth; 48 That He is the Lord of Sirius; 49 And that it is He Who earlier destroyed the tribe of Aad? 50 and Thamud tribes, 51 And before them, the people of Noah, for that they were (all) most unjust and most insolent transgressors, 52 And Al-Mu'tafikah He destroyed 53 So that they were covered over by what they were covered over. 54 Then which of thy Lord's bounties disputest thou? 55 He (Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) is a Herald of Warning, like the former Heralds of Warning. 56 The threatened Hour is nigh. 57 None besides Allah can avert it, (or advance it, or delay it). 58 Does this statement seem strange to them 59 and do they laugh instead of weeping, 60 Will you remain proudly heedless? 61 So fall you down in prostration to Allah, and worship Him (Alone). ۩ 62
