(O Prophet), did you see him who turned away (from the Path of Allah), 33 And gave a little and [then] refrained? 34 Does he have knowledge of the hidden, so he can foresee? 35 Hath he not been told of that which is in the writs of Musa. 36 And of Abraham who fulfilled his engagements?- 37 Certainly no one will bear the responsibility of the sins of another, 38 and that a man shall have to his account only as he has laboured, 39 And that his deeds will be seen, 40 and in the end he will be repaid for it in full; 41 And that to your Lord (Allah) is the End (Return of everything). 42 And that it is He who makes [one] laugh and weep 43 And that it is He Who gave death and gave life? 44 And that He createth the two spouses, the male and the female, 45 from a drop of sperm when it was emitted, 46 That He hath promised a Second Creation (Raising of the Dead); 47 And that it is He Who enricheth and preserveth property. 48 that He is the Lord of Sirius. 49 And that He destroyed the former 'A-ad. 50 And destroyed the tribe of Thamud, not sparing anyone? 51 and that He it is Who destroyed the people of Noah before for they were much given to iniquity and transgression. 52 And Al-Mu'tafikah He destroyed 53 So that there covered them that which did cover. 54 So which then of your Lord's favors do you dispute? 55 This is a warning among the warnings of yore. 56 The Imminent is imminent; 57 No one besides God can rescue a soul from hardship. 58 Will you, then, wonder at this? 59 And do you laugh instead of weeping, 60 While you are proudly sporting? 61 So prostrate yourselves before Allah and worship. ۩ 62
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
