(Muhammad), have you ever seen the one who has turned away (from guidance), 33 And gives a little and (then) withholds. 34 What! Has he knowledge of the Unseen so that he can see? 35 Has he not been informed of what is in the Scrolls of Moses, 36 and Abraham, who paid his debt in full? 37 That no bearer of burden shall bear the burden of another- 38 And that for man shall be naught save that wherefor he endeavoureth. 39 That (the fruit of) his striving will soon come in sight: 40 Then he will be recompensed for it with the fullest recompense 41 and that the final end is unto thy Lord, 42 and that it is He alone who causes [you] to laugh and to weep; 43 And that He it is Who giveth death and giveth life; 44 And that He (Allah) creates the pairs, male and female, 45 From a seed when lodged (in its place); 46 And that only upon Him is the next revival? 47 And that it is He Who enricheth and preserveth property. 48 And that He only is the Lord of the star Sirius? 49 and that He destroyed Ad, the ancient, 50 Thamud, 51 And the folk of Noah aforetime, Lo! they were more unjust and more rebellious; 52 And He destroyed the overthrown cities [of Sodom to which Prophet Lout (Lot) was sent]. 53 and caused them to be covered with that which He covered them with. 54 About which, then, of thy Sustainer's powers canst thou [still] remain in doubt? 55 This is a (Prophet) like that of the ancient warners (Prophets). 56 The Approaching Day has approached. 57 No one besides God can rescue a soul from hardship. 58 Are you astonished at this news, 59 and do you laugh, and do you not weep, 60 While ye amuse yourselves? 61 Prostrate yourselves before Allah, and serve Him. ۩ 62
Almighty God's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
