▼ 54 The Moon
Al-Qamar 3 of 3
And assuredly unto the household of Fir'awn came the warning. 41 (They) belied all Our Signs, so We seized them with a Seizure of the All-Mighty, All-Capable to carry out what he Will (Omnipotent). 42 Are you disbelievers mightier than those of the nations which We destroyed before or have you received amnesty through the ancient Scriptures? 43 Or do they say, "We are an assembly supporting [each other]"? 44 Soon shall the hosts be routed, and they shall turn (their) backs. 45 Aye! the Hour is their appointed term, and the Hour shall be far more grievous and far more bitter. 46 Surely the sinners are in error and insanity! 47 when they will be dragged on their faces into the fire and will be told, "Feel the touch of hell". 48 We have indeed created all things by a proper measure. 49 And Our command is but one, like a glance of the eye. 50 And We have indeed destroyed your kind, so is there one who would ponder? 51 [They were truly guilty] because all [the evil] that they ever did had been [revealed to them as such] in the [ancient] books of [divine] wisdom; 52 All things small or great have been written down. 53 Indeed, the cautious shall live amid gardens and a river, 54 in a seat of truth, in the presence of a Sovereign who determines all things. 55
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
