And warnings came in truth unto the house of Pharaoh 41 They cried lies to Our signs, all of them, so We seized them with the seizing of One mighty, omnipotent. 42 Are you disbelievers mightier than those of the nations which We destroyed before or have you received amnesty through the ancient Scriptures? 43 Or is it that they say: we are a multitude prevailing! 44 Certainly the host shall be routed, and turn their backs. 45 Nay, but the Hour is their tryst, and the Hour is very calamitous and bitter. 46 Verily the culprits shall be in great error and madness. 47 The Day they will be dragged in the Fire on their faces (it will be said to them): "Taste you the touch of Hell!" 48 Lo! We have created every thing by measure. 49 And Our commandment shall be but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 And verily We have destroyed your fellows; but is there any that remembereth? 51 All that they do is noted in (their) Books (of Deeds): 52 everything, be it great or small, is recorded. 53 Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and rivers, 54 in a seat of truth, in the presence of a Sovereign who determines all things. 55
True are the words of God the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
