Surely warners came to the people of Pharaoh. 41 They cried lies to Our signs, all of them, so We seized them with the seizing of One mighty, omnipotent. 42 Are you disbelievers mightier than those of the nations which We destroyed before or have you received amnesty through the ancient Scriptures? 43 Or is it that they say: we are a multitude prevailing! 44 Anon will their multitude be vanquished, and they will turn the back. 45 Nay, but the Hour is their tryst, and the Hour is very calamitous and bitter. 46 Indeed the criminals are astray and insane. 47 On the day when they are dragged upon their faces in the fire “Taste the heat of hell.” 48 We have created everything in due measure; 49 And Our command is but one (word) swift as the winking of an eye. 50 And indeed, We have destroyed your likes, then is there any that will remember (or receive admonition)? 51 All that they do is noted in (their) Books (of Deeds): 52 And everything small and great is written down. 53 As to the Righteous, they will be in the midst of Gardens and Rivers, 54 Firmly established in the favour of a Mighty King. 55
Almighty God's Truth.
