Now surely, unto Pharaoh's folk [too] came such warnings; 41 They denied Our signs, all of them, so We seized them with a seizure of one Exalted in Might and Perfect in Ability. 42 What, are your unbelievers better than those? Or have you an immunity in the Scrolls? 43 Or is it that they say: we are a multitude prevailing! 44 Anon will their multitude be vanquished, and they will turn the back. 45 Rather, the Hour is their encounter. And that Hour will be most calamitous and bitter. 46 Indeed the criminals are astray and insane. 47 On the day when they shall be dragged upon their faces into the fire; taste the touch of hell. 48 Verily everything! We have created it by a measure. 49 And Our command is but one (word) swift as the winking of an eye. 50 And We have indeed destroyed your kind, so is there one who would ponder? 51 And all what they did is in the Books. 52 And everything small and great is written down. 53 Verily, The Muttaqun (pious), will be in the midst of Gardens and Rivers (Paradise). 54 in a seat of truth, in the presence of a Sovereign who determines all things. 55
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The Moon (Al-Qamar). Sent down in Mecca after The Comet (Al-Taareq) before S (Saad)

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
