Al-Qamar 3 of 3
The warnings came also to Pharaoh's folk. 41 They rejected all Our communications, so We overtook them after the manner of a Mighty, Powerful One. 42 ARE, THEN, those of you who [now] deny the truth better than those others - or have you, perchance, [been promised] immunity in the [ancient] books of [divine] wisdom? 43 Or do they say: "We acting together can defend ourselves"? 44 Soon will their multitude be put to flight, and they will show their backs. 45 In fact their promise is upon the Last Day – and the Last Day is very severe and very bitter! 46 The evil-doers are victims of error and madness. 47 The Day they are dragged into the Fire on their faces [it will be said], "Taste the touch of Saqar." 48 BEHOLD, everything have We created in due measure and proportion; 49 Our commandment is but one word, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 We have destroyed the likes of you in the past: So is there any one who will be warned? 51 And everything they have done is in the writings. 52 And every small and great [thing] is inscribed. 53 Verily the God-fearing will be in Gardens and among rivers. 54 In an Assembly of Truth, in the Presence of a Sovereign Omnipotent. 55

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
