Now surely, unto Pharaoh's folk [too] came such warnings; 41 They denied Our signs, all of them, so We seized them with a seizure of one Exalted in Might and Perfect in Ability. 42 Are your disbelievers better than those [former ones], or have you immunity in the scripture? 43 Or do they say, 'We are a congregation that shall be succoured?' 44 Soon shall the hosts be routed, and they shall turn (their) backs. 45 Nay, but the Hour is their appointed time (for their full recompense), and the Hour will be more grievous and more bitter. 46 Lo! the guilty are in error and madness. 47 The Day they are dragged into the Fire on their faces [it will be said], "Taste the touch of Saqar." 48 Verily everything! We have created it by a measure. 49 And Our command is but one (word) swift as the winking of an eye. 50 We have destroyed the likes of you; is there any that will remember? 51 And everything they have done is in the writings. 52 And everything, small and great, hath been written down. 53 Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and rivers, 54 At the still centre in the proximity of the King all-powerful. 55
True are the words of God the Almighty.
