Surely warners came to the people of Pharaoh. 41 but they gave the lie to Our Signs, to all of them. Thereupon We seized them with the seizing of the Most Mighty, the Most Powerful. 42 Are your disbelievers better than those, or have ye some immunity in the scriptures? 43 Or do they say, 'We are a congregation that shall be succoured?' 44 The group will soon be routed, and will turn their backs to flee. 45 In fact, the Hour of Doom is the time for them to suffer. The suffering of this hour is the most calamitous and the most bitter (of all suffering). 46 The evil-doers are indeed sunk in error and folly -- 47 The Day they will be dragged through the Fire on their faces, (they will hear:) "Taste ye the touch of Hell!" 48 We have indeed created all things by a proper measure. 49 We command but once: Our will is done in the twinkling of an eye; 50 We have destroyed the likes of you in the past: So is there any one who will be warned? 51 And everything they have done is in the writings. 52 everything, be it great or small, is recorded. 53 As to the Righteous, they will be in the midst of Gardens and Rivers, 54 In a seat of truth (i.e. Paradise), near the Omnipotent King (Allah, the All-Blessed, the Most High, the Owner of Majesty and Honour). 55
