The All Compassionate (Al-Rahman)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ THE MOST GRACIOUS 1 Taught the Quran. 2 He created man. 3 and He has taught him the Explanation. 4 The sun and the moon follow courses (exactly) computed; 5 the stars and the trees bend in prostration. 6 He raised the heavens and set up everything in balance, 7 So that none may err against the scales, 8 But observe the measure strictly, nor fall short thereof. 9 He spread out the earth for the people. 10 In which are fruits, and covered dates. 11 and grain growing tall on its stalks, and sweet-smelling plants. 12 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord, will ye twain belie? 13 He created the human from clay, like earthenware 14 And He created the jinn of a flame of fire. 15 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you deny? 16 [He is] Lord of the two sunrises and Lord of the two sunsets. 17 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 18 He has made the two oceans meet each other, 19 Between them is a barrier which they cannot pass. 20 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 21 There cometh forth from both of them the pearl and coral-stone. 22 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 23 His are the high-sailed vessels in deep ocean like the mountains. 24 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 25

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
