Everyone that is thereon will pass away; 26 But will abide (for ever) the Face of thy Lord,- full of Majesty, Bounty and Honour. 27 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 28 All those who are in the heavens and the earth ask of Him; every moment He is in a state (of glory). 29 Which of your Lord's laudable attributes will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 30 O you twain, who are a burden (on the earth), We shall attend to you and call you to account. 31 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 32 O you who live in close communion with [evil] invisible beings and humans! If you [think that you] can pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, pass beyond them! [But] you cannot pass beyond them, save by a sanction [from God]! 33 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 34 There will be sent upon you a flame of fire and smoke, and you will not defend yourselves. 35 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 36 When the sky is rent asunder, and becomes red like red leather, 37 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 38 So on that day neither man nor jinni shall be asked about his sin. 39 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 40 The culprits will be recognised by their marks, and will be lain hold of by the forelocks and the feet. 41 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you then deny? 42 This is Gehenna, that sinners cried lies to; 43 They will go around between it and scalding water, heated [to the utmost degree]. 44 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 45
