For everything on the earth is extinction. 26 Only the Supreme Essence of your Glorious and Gracious Lord will remain forever. 27 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 28 Whosoever is in the heavens and on earth begs of Him (its needs from Him). Every day He has a matter to bring forth (such as giving honour to some, disgrace to some, life to some, death to some, etc.)! 29 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 30 We shall surely aim, O both burdened. 31 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 32 O assembly of jinns and men! If you have power to pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, then pass (them)! But you will never be able to pass them, except with authority (from Allah)! 33 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 34 A flash of fire will be let loose upon you, and smoke, and you will be left without succour! 35 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 36 When the heaven splits asunder and turns crimson, like red leather. 37 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 38 So on that day neither man nor jinni shall be asked about his sin. 39 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 40 The sinners will be recognised by their marks, and seized by the forelock and their feet. 41 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 42 (The guilty ones will be told), "This is hell which the sinful ones denied". 43 They will go round between its flames and boiling water. 44 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 45
